Returns/Exchange

All products we sell are vintage or/and pre-owned, that have been manufactured 20+ years ago.

We inspect all the flaws piece by piece and describe those in the product page. Please read product descriptions carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Please keep in mind that sizes in vintage clothes may vary from piece to piece so it is very important for you to pay attention to the measurements in the product description. Please refer to our size guide to see how the measurements are taken. 

If you are still not satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges within 10 days after the delivery date.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

(We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.) 

Please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return or exchange. We will get you back with an instruction.

RETURNS

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, We will give you a full refund.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, the item must be the same / lower price than that of the original purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
